Abiquiu Chamber Music Festival is located at the junction of Hwy 84 and Private Rd. 1622, No. 12. (driving time is 1 hr. from Santa Fe, Los Alamos, or Taos). 1. From Espanola take Hwy 84 toward Abiquiu: 2. From Santa Fe, you do that by turning LEFT at the INTERSECTION with DANDY BURGER and CROSSING the River. Then, RIGHT turn where is says to "CHAMA" and to "TIERRA AMARILLA". 2. Coming SOUTH from Taos area, turn RIGHT at the INTERSECTION w/ WALGREEN'S; then another RIGHT at the next intersection (Onate/84). 3. Continue STRAIGHT on Hyw 84 for 15 miles until you PASS the El Rito turnoff (Hwy 554) and continue approx. 2+ miles on Hwy 84: •You will pass Trujillo’s Store on your left: •Then you will pass the Santuario Santa Rosa de Lima on the Right (Old Church Ruins); • At Milemarker 210, Continue to the SECOND DRIVE SIGN at the END of the Guardrail on the highway before turning: A Blue sign says “Roadside Business”. 4. IMMEDIATELY, turn RIGHT onto PR 1622 5. Follow the drive down until you can BEAR LEFT and cross a CATTLE GUARD . 6.You pass a large, dark GRAY building on your right; 7.The next property No. 10(a blue/gray single-wide) has has a new, wooden fence. 8.Immediately AFTER that new wood fence: TURN RIGHT onto a long lane w/ wood chips. 9.Follow the lane straight ahead to NO. 12: (there are a trailer and a house with BLUE roof on the left of the lane) The concert Venue is housed in a TALL STEEL, 2-story House on the river. 10. A PARKING ATTENDANT will direct your parking. Please make sure to PARK in the designated “upper” parking on your LEFT after entering the gates. (NOTE: For those who may need assistance with the stairs into the house, pull straight ahead to the “lower” parking adjacent to the house and you will be helped w/ parking your car and with the stairs.) 11. SAFETY FIRST: PLEASE DRIVE CAREFEULLY TO NOT DAMAGE ANY PROPERTY, PEDESTRIANS, GROUNDS, ANIMALS OR OTHER VEHICLES. AS YOU ENTER AND EXIT, BE AWARE AND CAREFUL OF OTHER CARS AND OTHER PEDESTRIANS AND RESPECTFUL OF SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS. 1.Coming SOUTH from the village of ABIQUIU, continue on Hwy 84; 2.
